Story/Summary of the Novel:
The story of this novel is about a poor young man Imaduddin who is the only child of his parents. He was only a few years old when his father divorced his mother. His mother left this city and settled in a distant city. His mother is very much in love with Imad, due to which she did not remarry.
Imaduddin is an intelligent and obedient student who excelled in academics. He excelled in the matriculation examination and secured second position on the education board. Due to his excellent academic performance, the government awarded him a scholarship. Like matriculation, he also cleared the intermediate examination with very high marks.
His doting mother decided that he should be sent abroad for further higher education. Thus, he spent all his savings on his son to study abroad. Imaduddin stayed in the UK for six years and studied law. Now he is returning to his homeland as a barrister from there.

Maha Malik is a famous Pakistani lady novelist of the Urdu language. Maha started her career while studying. She was a BA student when she wrote her first Urdu novel. Earlier she used to write novels for Women’s Digest.
Now she is working as a novelist for almost all the important Pakistani Urdu digests. She has written many novels related to women’s issues due to which women like her novels very much. Apart from writing novels in Urdu, Maha Malik also writes plays for various Pakistani TV channels.
These TV channels include Jeo, ARY, and Hum TV. She has written dozens of TV dramas so far. Maha has also received Lux Award, and Hum TV Award for best performance. Apart from his work as a dramatist, he is also an excellent screenwriter.
